2. Equipment Sourcing & Procurement

All equipment specifications, quotes, availability, and pricing are subject to confirmation upon formal order processing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Quotes issued are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, freight, and shipping charges unless explicitly included in writing.

4. Warranties & Returns

Equipment is covered by standard manufacturer warranties. Returns or cancellations require prior authorization and may be subject to restocking fees as per our return policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Private Rocket Equipments be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or delivery delays.
